Last Updated: March 11, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”), otherwise known as the “Agreement,” constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Hallelujah Challenge (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Hallelujah Challenge website, mobile applications, and digital services (the “Platform”).

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the Platform or participating in our digital events, you unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You further consent to receiving email notifications from us. If you do not agree to these Terms, please immediately desist from using the Platform. Your continued use following any revisions to these Terms constitutes irrevocable acceptance of those changes.

2. OUR SERVICES

Hallelujah Challenge is a digital platform designed to facilitate spiritual engagement, live worship sessions, community building, and the sharing of testimonies. Our services include live streaming access, registration for physical and virtual festivals, community forums, and donation processing.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

To use the Platform, you must:

  •  Be at least 18 years of age. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization or ministry, you must possess the legal authority to bind that entity.

  • Not be a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria or other applicable jurisdictions.

  • Pass all KYC (Know Your Customer) and compliance requirements that may be requested by us.

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (TESTIMONIES & POSTS)

The Platform allows you to share testimonies, comments, and media (“User Content”).

  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content you post.

  • License: By posting, you grant Hallelujah Challenge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for ministry purposes.

  • Liability: We do not endorse and are not liable for any User Content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform (including logos, graphics, software, and live stream content) are the exclusive property of Hallelujah Challenge. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or "restream" our content without express written permission.

6. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

In no event shall Hallelujah Challenge be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in our events.

7. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML)

In compliance with Nigerian and international AML/CFT regulations, we monitor transactions and donations. We reserve the right to flag suspicious activities, request additional documentation, or report transactions to relevant authorities.

8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

  • Negotiation: In the event of a dispute, parties shall first attempt to resolve it in good faith through negotiation.

  • Mediation: If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to mediation at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC).

  • Individual Basis: All claims must be brought in the parties’ individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

9. SEVERABILITY & WAIVER

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
